Some jewelry is designed. This one just happened.
It started with the pendant — an ornate silver-plated cap with a goldstone drop that I simply fell in love with. Once I had it in my hands, the rest of the necklace seemed to come together on its own. Mother of pearl for luminosity. Black onyx for depth. Terracotta goldstone beads that echoed the warmth of the pendant. Genuine silver-plated spacers to tie it all together. The pattern revealed itself bead by bead, effortlessly — the way it goes when you're working with pieces you genuinely love.
That's the thing about goldstone. It's technically glass — a man-made material invented centuries ago by Venetian glassmakers — but it has the warmth and sparkle of something the earth made itself. Terracotta goldstone in particular has this rich, coppery glimmer that catches light in the most unexpected ways. It doesn't shout. It glows.
The matching earrings echo the same bead sequence on silver-plated fish-hook wires, making this a perfectly coordinated set that feels collected rather than matchy.
Handmade by me, recently, with intention — and a little bit of joy.
One available. Once it's gone, it's gone.
